My old one lasted 5 years, until I washed it (very carefully, following all manufacturer's recommendations)...at which time the zipper gave out.Ordered replacement, which does have a better zipper...but they seem to have changed the sizing. The last one I had was a small (1st photo... Yes I know it's a terrible photo; I wasn't planning to post it publicly), but the replacement I ordered isn't as fitted (2nd photo). So I'm going to try sizing down to extra small.

If you are particularly particular about receiving exactly what you order then pay attention to the logo placement on these jackets. Shown in the pictures the logo placement is on the sleeve, actual placement is on the left chest. Now this may seem like a little thing but when you’re paying for a high dollar item it’s crucial. Forget about contacting the company, nobody has the time to talk to you…and you get passed around to recording after recording. These jackets have built a reputation, a good one but it’s going down hill particularly after being bought out by some Chinese mega firm. Jackets are made in Indonesia….

Way warmer than I expected. I sized up from my normal arteryx sizing. Most downs are too long in the torso for me but not this one! Great quality

I’m anxious to find out if it is also going to keep me warm below freezing, so I’ll have to come back after the winter to update the review. I’m always cold and it kept me warm in 45 degrees F, while walking outside all day. It was great that I could stuff it into its pack and attach it with a carabiner to my bag when I was indoors at museums.
