Easy to use! A must for keeping your crypto safe! No issues at all transferring to wallet! For newbies always double check the addresses when sending crypto and practice sending a small amount first just to get the hang of it! Highly recommend

I’ve had this card for two weeks now I have only been able to access it twice. Scanning the card to my phone can easily take up to 15 to 20 minutes. Technical support told me to put my phone in airplane mode and then shut the phone down and restart it and it should scan properly. I am not impressed with the technical support and lack of work instructions for the product.

I’m not an expert in crypto, this card set is very user friendly and my crypto for beginners and everything you could ever want in keeping your crypto safe, and since I bought it, Arculus has updated their list of what they are able to store which is a nice touch. My crypto has been in my Arculus wallet for over a year and I have a peace of mind that it’s safe. I also switched phones, I just typed my seed phrase and tapped the card and all transferred over. No complaints whatsoever.It’s a great product overall I would recommend to anyone!

App updates shows new features and coins for staking. Issue.....the firmware on my card (purchased 9 months ago) has old firmware. Support just informed me that the cards are locked. Must purchase newer firmware.So as new things come out.....too bad for me. Loved this card, but now feel duped. I am not in control of what version of firmware I get from amazon. That is NOT in the description.Buyer beware

Obviously the functionality is most important, but the design itself lends me confidence that it's a quality product. It comes in a beautifully tiered box, and the card itself makes you feel like a Bitcoin millionaire!4 stars because it was a little hard to get the NFC to connect, but that may have been because of my phone case. Don't forget to write down your seed phrase.

The card is easy to setup and use. I had no issues transferring my Crypto to this secure cold wallet. Sending the crypto back to the exchange was just as easy. I highly recommend this. No batteries = 0 access issues. This truly beats the others.

I received this quicker than expected and it was sleek and very attractive from a design perspective. Set up was seamless and moving your crypto to the card was amazingly easy. It works very, very well with the iPhone app that is needed when you are doing the initial set up. It supports a number of coins, not just BTC and ETH but quite a good number including SHIB. I thought this would be a clear 5 star product, except that you cannot sell your crypto directly from the wallet. You are also limited in assets you can Buy/Swap from the wallet.I wanted to sell some assets so that meant I needed to move these assets to a trading platform and then complete the transaction on that platform. When I tried doing this, I found out that there is a fee associated with the moving of the assets and that fee could only be paid in ETH.Not good. I was stuck. I had to go to my trading platform (Coinbase), buy ETH, whitelist my my Arculus ETH address, wait for the 48 hour waiting period to pass (Coinbase requires 48 hours for whitelisting), send the ETH to my Arculus wallet address, pay the fee in ETH before I could move the assets I wanted to sell.This was a deal killer for me. It seemed the perfect solution but paying a fee to move the asset and the fee can only be in ETH is too much of a hassle and proves to be too costly since you cannot sell directly from the wallet.

Arculus wallet is the easiest way to store crypto off of the exchanges and reduce hacking concerns. This card is as easy as it gets. Download Arculus app, pair the card with your smartphone (tap to the back of the phone). Now you can receive bitcoin from coinbase, gemini or whereever you have bitcoin. Of course, moving bitcoin has network fees and the exchange may charge a transaction fee, but that is not Arculus' doing. That is the cost of working in the bitcoin ecosystem.Arculus supports the concept of having "joint" wallet so my wife and I each have our own phone, Arculus card, yet we see the same bitcoin wallet. The process for setting up such a joint wallet is easy - just pair a second Arculus wallet with another phone, and restore using the initial wallet's recovery passphrase. Label each Arculus card so you don't get them mixed up!Great product, don't need to carry another 'device' and worry about battery/charges, etc. Slim, fits right into physical wallet like any other credit card.The only time you need to use the Arculus card, after initial setup, is when you want to send bitcoin from your wallet. Then you just tap the back of the phone with the Arculus card when prompted and you're good.
