I really like this heated vest. It is not heavy at all and the fit is great. I like that you can set the various areas of the vest to warm portions of your body. Although I warm everything. On medium setting the battery life seems to be adequate.

Reason why only the four-star review instead of a five-star review the vest and everything are great and seem to be working properly can't wait to start using it at work outside in the vineyards reason for the only four stars is upon opening the package nothing was in plastic bags the plastic bags were crinkled up and just thrown in the box the coat was just kind of bundled up like somebody's laundry in the box the tags were all not attached to anything it looks like as if I got somebody's return package and they didn't properly repackage the item everything was just thrown in there like they didn't care That's the reason for only four star review upon testing the product though everything seems to be working fine so far and hopefully this one will last me a long time I had another vest from a different company that only lasted a year and stopped working hopefully this one will be working for years to come oh and the other thing is the side zippers for the different panels seem like they're upside down would be cool if they were turned around so that the zipper would hang at the bottom instead of at the top in the armpits area but in all I am satisfied so far with the vest other than how it was packaged I did not think to take a picture of how it was packaged that was more concerned of making sure everything was there and it worked

I purchased this vest to try out so that I could feel comfortable gifting one to my girlfriend. I had friends/family that had purchased other heated clothing before with disappointing results, so I wanted to make sure I found something that was reputable and had high build quality and sufficient features for my needs.I am into outdoor sports, hunting, and running in the winter, which can be pretty harsh at times especially with the wind. Once the cold cuts through to your body, it's hard to come back from that. I was very pleased with how well this heated vest helped keep my body completely warm for hours on end while outside in the cold, windy, midwestern winter weather.Below are some things that really stood out to me that I liked about this vest:- The heating components are very responsive - the heat output can be felt right after the vest has been turned on.- The zone based heating is very convenient as well, even providing the ability to set different levels of heat for different zones depending on where you'd like to get heat.- The power source is external, and can be used as a power source for other things, such as a phone charger.- The vest is fashionable and looks great wearing out and about.- The vest comes with removable sleeves depending on the level of protection from the cold you're looking for.This gave me complete confidence that if the vest can suit my extreme outdoor needs, then surely it would be a great gift for my girlfriend who is sensitive to the cold. ARRIS's adjustable vest is a great gift choice if you're searching, a great outdoor companion for serious hunting / outdoor activities, or just for a general winter-weather accessory. I would definitely recommend this vest to others!

The vest warms up quickly and stays warm for hours. Thick enough to wear on its own, yet thin enough to layer under another jacket. My only complaint is that the removable panels zip in from the bottom. This puts the zippers directly in your armpit. Weight of the zippers can cause them to slide down a bit, causing fabric to catch in the zipper teeth. Would have made more sense for the zippers to pull downward to secure the panels in place. The length of the vest is a little short. Sits right at my waist line. Would be nice if it were a bit longer. Otherwise, seems to be a fine product that I hope has the durability to last for at least I few years of wear.

Battery does not last as long as stated. In low setting battery last with a full charge less than 8 hours in 20-degree Fahrenheit weather.

This vest seems so far to be well made. The extra voltage through the 12v connector (not a standard 5v USB) enables the heat to be sent out quicker and hotter - much nicer than other vests/jackets i've had that take the 5v input, you can barely feel those. You know this vest is on. AND, in a rarity for a lot of these jackets for whatever reason, the zipper is on the CORRECT side.

I ordered this vest as a gift for my son. He loves it. The vest really heats up quickly and allows him to control the different areas that are on. He really likes the adjustable panels as it makes using the vest in different layers very easy. He can wear it over a hoodie or take out a panel and wear it as a base layer. I chose this vest because I had ordered his wife the women's Arris vest last year and she loves it.

Okay y'all, let me tell you about this ARRIS heated vest that's literally changed my winter game!Got this bad boy last week and I'm obsessed. You get 8 heating zones and the heat spreads super evenly - none of those weird cold spots you get with cheaper vests. The battery life is insane too - I've been rocking it on medium setting for hours and still got juice left!The best part? It's actually stylish! (Unlike those bulky heated vests that make you look like the Michelin Man ๐) It's super slim and fits perfectly under my winter coat. The material feels premium and the build quality is superb .Real talk - it's not exactly cheap, but considering I'm not layering up like a human onion anymore, it's worth every penny. Plus, my buddy bought some knockoff brand and already had to replace it, while this one's still going strong.Bottom line: If you're tired of freezing your butt off or looking like a marshmallow in winter, just get this vest.
