Installed for a skoolie conversion where I wanted to eliminate the possibility of me burning out my inverter while hooked up to shore power. It was easy to install and works exactly as it should. Iām usually running off batteries/inverter so hooked it up reverse to the directions. That way batteries are the default power and I have no delay powering up. When I hook to shore power there is a short delay before it cuts power from inverter and switches over. This is a great unit and I would get one again without hesitation.

We change our Class C RV from 120 VAC 30 amps to 220 VAC 50 amp. Replaced all the wiring and Electronics, batteries, and installed fuses and circuit breakers

took about a hour to replace the old transfer box, because of it's location! But it was just about a perfect match on wire locations.

These wires do not look like the same thickness as the one in the photo.This is a Fire hazard how's this even allowed to be sold!Good thing I looked at this thing and checked, the wires looked Way too thin to me, and I was right!This is only rated for 30 amps with the internal wires used.And I'm just outside my window overturn, I didn't check this thing sooner!If the seller cares to send me another unit with 6 gauge wiring I will gladly return this one and leave a positive review if this happens to be a one-off mistake.Not happy, now I have to buy a different oneIf you bought this already, please check inside your RV the gauge of the wires inside!It's basically half the size of the wires what they're supposed to be this is ridiculous!By the way this is my first negative review after tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon LOL

This unit was super easy to install. Completed a 50A upgrade in a Northwood Desert Fox 05. The easiest part of the whole job. Everything is well marked on terminal board and direction sheet to connect right up.

Installed on my 5th wheel with a onan rv qg 7000, load a few hour load test with water heater and both ac's running. No problems yet. Easy to install with clean instructions on inside of panel.
