I usually like to count how many pieces there are in an item I order but when the amounts are stated in LB (pounds) or "g" (grams) I have come to the conclusion it is best, and easiest, to weigh them, so I did. This packet of Mixed Round & Square Mosaic Pieces is 1.188 lbs (pounds) by the scale I used.In the packet of Mixed Round & Square Mosaic Pieces there were 5 smaller packets with the different shape and sizes. The description says the sizes of the tiles are a:"Variety of Sizes: Round mosaic tiles in 4 sizes (20mm, 18mm, 15mm, 10mm) and square mosaic tiles in 4 types: Quartz (20mm), Mica (15mm), Jade (12mm), and Crystal mosaic tiles (10mm) ".Each single packet I weighed as well so I can see how much of each were part of that 1.188lb.1) Round: .227lb all four sizes were in one packet2) Square: each packet has the same size and type of tile, not a mix of sizes nor types:a) 20mm = .238lbb) 15mm = .254lbc) 12mm = .234lbd) 10mm = .227lbAlthough they seem to be of the same amount, if one were to count them, they would not be the same count as the sizes and density of these are different from each other and therefore will not have the same number count, but that is ok as the weight is what determines the authenticity of the amount received.I did not open the packets because I saw in two of them some broken shards and did not want to spill them or get any of them stuck in my fingers. But for the most part they look pretty good.

These little pieces are pretty small, but they will work well for the craft I have planned. They seem sturdy and they are all polished and pretty.

I am working on a big project and I have a lot of marbles of all different colors but I wanted to add some color and mosaic tiles. I picked this one because it sounded like it had different shapes and colors. This set came with about 6 mini bags. I spilled them all out so you can see the quantity and type. They come with instructions and also you will need glue to attach them. They all seemed to very pretty and in great shape. They attached using some rock glue and my glue gun.

This comes in a nice assortment of sizes, shapes and colors. It is a good starter set to try out mosaic art. There are no sharp edges or broken pieces. I did wash them to clean off the dust.

This is a nice set of mosaic tiles for crafts. I like the variety of round, square, very small, larger. This makes the pack more flexible for all sorts of things. They have different types packaged separately inside resealable bags, which was a plus. I am used to getting them in one bag that cannot be closed securely and having them fall out all over the place if not careful. I would definitely be willing to get this set again in the future.
