My recent experience with Adorama has been nothing short of a frustrating ordeal, marked by their own errors, contradictory statements, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I ordered a specific item from Adorama, only to receive a completely different, incorrect product due to what they initially admitted was a "listing error" on their part. Instead of taking immediate responsibility, their initial response was a generic return process that would require me to re-order the correct item, effectively penalizing me for their mistake.When I pushed for a more proactive resolution, emphasizing the significant inconvenience their error caused, Adorama shockingly shifted their story. They then claimed the item I purchased was "not offering this item for sale," a direct contradiction to their earlier admissions and the fact that they accepted my payment and shipped an item.This entire process has been incredibly time-consuming and deeply disappointing.
