I had a few solid problems with this device, from randomly dropping connection and ruining my takes to having incredibly horrible static. It couldn't even adequately toggle playback option on and off, deciding to constantly send the signal to my left headphone instead. The absolute worst it did to me happened on my final use of it, where it randomly decided to send me an excruciating level of feedback. Full volume, no audio even playing at the time, and no real cause behind it. After that it was chucked across my room and never used again! :) Do not buy this knockoff Scarlet audio interface, bite the bullet and get something good for yourself. :D

I thought I was ordering a Focusrite and had to return it. The online connection I needed it for it didn't do.

Used with several different microphones (Shure PGA-40, Audio Technica AT 2020, assorted "Podcaster" mics from Amazon) over the last 6-8 months, fairly regularly. Unlike the other review I didn't need to install driver's, either windows managed it on its own or other guy had conflicting drivers. There were some issues and some up sides such asCons - audio output isn't amazing. Sometimes sounds muffled or robotic - audio output began to "screech" after about 5-6 months, though random, it's insane volume could break lower quality headphones - audio input is inconsistent at times, can drop off - gain knob has light activated by input, too sensitive. Very distracting while playing a game and reacts while PC is off, lighting up space at night - sometimes unresponsive, needing reset, not often - XLR input in only on the front, making cable management hard - audio output jacks are only 1/4 inch, no 3.5mm, adapter requiredPros - USB C - small form factor - plug and play - 48v phantom power - decent price - buttons (?)Overall it's an OK intro device but you can do much better at the price point. Wouldn't fully recommend, unless it's your only option.

This is ridiculous value for the price. Plugged it directly into an iPad and instantly worked with my virtual amps, Garage Band and Logic Pro. No clipping no latency issues. I’ve been using it for over a month and don’t know how I got by without it. It makes my rig two very light and mobile pieces that sound like everything is going through a massive rack of cleaners and signal boosters.

I Recently got a alesis surge drumset and needed a lower latency sound card for live play and recording, this worked great right out of the box using asio4all and brought my latency down to 4ms-6ms from the 32ms-35ms i got with my "gaming" sound card, also noticed the noise floor is much lower than on my old soundcard, have this hooked up to my output mixer and 10,000 watt amp (yes 10,000 watt rack amp) i use this in lots of EMF noisy places and have had no issues whatsoever .

I was looking for a solution to make my PC use my dynamic 1/4" microphone. At first I just tried to use a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter and plug it directly into the PC -- that did not work at all. Then I bought this USB audio interface -- it worked well.

This is my first Audio interface and boy did I luck out. It work with everything I need it to do. I had some more experienced musicians come over and they checked it out. Now they own one. All in all its a good product. 👍
