Es la pieza que requería, se ajusta al modelo correcto... sin embargo, la barra espaciadora, no tiene la calidad que esperaba, no tiene la respuesta correcta a la presión en los lados, por lo que hay que presionarla en el centro para que funcione correctamente ( pierde el sentido de que la barra espaciadora sea una barra...)por lo demás está bien... las teclas se ven y sienten de buena calidad y el retroiluminado es adecuado.

The factory keyboard for this Dell 7373 lasted 6 years (without the physical surface of the keys wearing out). This keyboard is worn out in a bit over a year.The cost in time to take the computer apart and install the keyboard alone does not make buying this keyboard worthwhile. Very disappointing!

I had to wait over two weeks for this keyboard. Then it took me quite a bit of time to install the keyboard inside the laptop. You need to completely dissemble the laptop. One it was soldered in and the lid was closed we realized that some keys are not working. I requested a refund, but with this seller you need to return it yourself. One would have expected a fully functional keyboard - so order with caution. Quality check before you go to lengthy installation efforts.

Ok.. the laptop isn't worth $1200 now... But 4 years ago it was. My Inspiron 7378 'a' and 's' keys stopped working and no software changes could fix it. Needing an external keyboard on a laptop defeats the purpose of a laptop, but this replacement worked perfectly.This was not an easy replacement, laptop keyboards are literally the first thing that get installed, so everything and the kitchen sink needed to come out before putting it all back together. After reassembly, the keyboard and laptop work great. (/S) plus, I have 5 leftover screws that came out of the laptop that had no place to go, so that's nice to have spares now.

El paquete llego en tiempo y forma, en muy buen estado (nuevo).Instale el teclado a mi portatil y para ser sincero, cumple con lo que es, el material es chino, asi que no esperen algo de calidad como lo original.En mi caso una tecla no funcionaba correctamente ("r") era muy sensible al toque, y daba problemas al escribir pues la "r" se repetía en varias ocasiones. Afortunadamente un técnico la pudo calibrar y ya se escribe correctamente y no hubo necesidad de una devolución.El material repito no es de buena calidad, pero cumple con el propósito por el precio en el que se da.

I had to really tug on it to align it with the connections to the motherboard. Like not the length but the position was about 1 cm off to the left...so I had to tug it hard to the right to get it in the connector.
