About pressure settings

Instruction of AUTOOL AST 603 Brake Fluid Exchanger
1. Lift the car to the right height to suspend the wheels off the ground.
2. Connect the four oil bottles of the equipment to the car brake sub-cylinders, and loosen the outlet screw of the brake sub-cylinders to ensure that fluid can be flown out.
3. Put the inlet hose and pressure adjustment hose into the new brake fluid bottle
4. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
5. Press the Start button to build up the pressure until the pointer of the pressure gauge exceeds 1 bar. At this time, you can release the button and adjust the pressure as needed.
6. Before replacing the brake fluid, the output hose must be exhausted first, and then find the matching model connector and connect it to the oil reservoir of the brake master cylinder.
7. During the fluid exchange, if the exchanging speed is a bit slow, the output pressure can be adjusted appropriately as required.
8. After the fluid exchange is completed, please turn off the machine and reduce the pressure to zero, then remove the connector attached to the car reservoir to prevent the excess pressure from causing an overflow of the brake fluid.
Precautions
Do not mix DOT5 with DOT3 and DOT4 because the base oil composition differs. The bleeding sequence during fluid exchange needs to follow the principle of "far to near from the master cylinder or brake pedal". For left-hand drive vehicles, the order is "right rear wheel → left rear wheel → right front wheel → left front wheel", bleeding, in turn, to ensure that the discharge of clean fluid and no air bubbles.
Please do not start driving immediately after the brake fluid exchange is completed, it needs to be checked to make sure there are no leaks in the pipeline. Start the vehicle, keep it idling in place and press the brake pedal to ensure that the pedal resistance gradually increases and that the brake fluid pressure is maintained. Then perform an internal road test to confirm that the braking performance is normal before driving on the road.

Works well, has long reaching power cord (around 6ft) and brake fluid hose. Portable, light at around 10 ibs. Only drawback is that most over the counter brake fluid containers are smaller than the suction hose off of the machine. That, and only three adapaters for brake fluid reservoir. Granted, they are the 3 most popular modern styles. If you need another style though, you'll most likely have to buy another adapter kit and modify the adapters to work with this machine.

Prodotto ottimo, puoi spurgare anche quattro freni in conteporanea. SE PROPRIO VOGLIAMO TROVARE DEI DIFETTI, non scarica la pressione a fine ciclo, gli attacchi rapidi del tubo di pressione sono troppo grandi e nonostante i 17 adattatori ne manca sempre uno.
