I had some issues with the original one that was sent, but after talking with customer service they sent me a new one that works great, with Amazing Quality and features!!!!!!! Fast shipping!!! Works great on my 2010 F150

Unfortunately for me the glass face was completely detached and the unit did not turn on when power was applied. So I definitely couldn't recommend this unit. However, it does get some bonus points for fit because it clipped into the dashboard really nicely after transferring the tabs over from the stock unit. It's really too bad because it seems so much better than stock.UPDATE: Customer service wrote to me to replace the unit, and I was skeptical for sure. But the new unit is working and WAY better than I had hoped. Android Auto is fast to load, I wired up the microphone for phone calls close to my head rest in the door jam and it works amazing.

It was easy to install, and it is working great so far. I've been using it for three weeks now with no issues. It runs smoothly and does exactly what I needed. It fit perfectly on my 2009 F-150. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it!

Can not get it to turn on or off with the key. It stay running all the time have to shut it of manually. Hard to connect to your internet to program it. And the book for the instructions is very small and not informing enough

Bought this to upgrade my 2012 F150. It was easy to install, be sure to hook up all the connectors so you can use your steering wheel controls. So far, only volume and skip steering wheel controls work. The back up camera wasn't too bad to install, there are videos on how to run the cable and hook it up. It looks great and is a nice upgrade. I did install the gps, but I don't use it. The microphone on the screen works well enough and you shouldn't need to install the one that comes with it.I do suggest buying a screen protector if you wear polarized sunglasses, if you don't you won't be able to see the screen.

This did not work well for my 2010 Ford f150 upon trying to install it I noticed the glass touch screen separated from the touch unit tearing the ribbon, this could have been due to improper gluing of the screen or the shipment in cold weather couldn't stand up gave it three stars because Amazon refunded the money but did not work out for me

This is an amazing improvement over the boring stereo. Itโs easy to install and set up. It is quick as far as how the apps respond and when going to diff screens. I did get a defective one but they were quick to get a second one and it works very well.

Works exactly as it should , it turns off with the truck I love this radio , had an issue but was caused by previous owner the wire in the door was cut causing no volume.I will update in a few months so far so good not sure why the other reviews complaing. Make sure you have the radio up to date on software. Connect your wifi and update the software

The radio itself works fine.Backup camera is a bit off but decent for the price.The external microphone is absolutely garbage. I will need to find a better quality mic. People are always complaining they can hear me unless im at a complete standstill, and still there is a buzzing noise in the background. I will have to open the system up to disconnect the external mic and try using the built in to see if that's better.

It's a nice replacement for original truck radio. Only complaint, periodically it won't power up when I start the truck. Eventually it will power up again, usually later that day or the next day.Update: This was never resolved. Starts up initially and after driving for awhile all is well until I stop and turn off ignition. Next time I turn on key it's a 50-50 chance it will power up. If it doesn't then it won't power up again until after the ignition has been turned off for some time. Rather frustrating.
