Good News is i did receive a cotter pin and washer. The BAD News is my Axle Castle Nuts looked more like PINION SEALS... because they WERE PINION SEALS! The text on their bags verified that I was'nt hallucinating.

I like that it was an exact copy of the factory. The other ones on line looked different and was twice the cost.
