Absolute garbage DO NOT BUY. First issue I had was the suction cup mount would work for all of 45 seconds then drop the screen. The company did work with me and get me a new mount but the problems continued. Camera will give a black screen every few days, only way to reset it is to go to the back seat and disconnect the camera cord and re connect it. The night vision is appallingly bad. It does 1 frame per minute and constantly lags, drops, and freezes again. Stay away

When selecting a camera for my wife, I wanted to find one that was clear and would work at both day a night. This camera sort of solved that issue?They claim it’s a 1440p screen and that might be true but the camera included must be average and is quite grainy. I haven’t tried any other camera systems to have anything to compare it to but the quality seems to be the same as the others even though this touts 1440. The 7” screen however is a very nice size however.The setup is quite simple, it’s just plug and play, but the cables provided seem a tad too short. We are particular about our vehicles and wanted to hide the wires so the device seemed integrated and the camera to monitor connection was a few feet short. This is just going from the rear captains chair, down the back of the seat, under floor mat, and up to the lower front dash. (24 Escalade)The software functionality is bare. First off, why do I have to select monitor every time I start the vehicle? It’s a camera, it should auto go into camera mode when I start. The brightness adjustment seems to do nothing really. The lowest brightness setting is pretty blinding at night. The time shows on the screen all the time and there is no way to get it out of military time. And I wish I could force night/daytime modes because the auto switching is not working.The last issue I have with this camera is that at night, the camera cannot figure out whether to stay in night mode or day mode and it looks like there are others with the same issue. Idk if it’s a problem with my setup where the IR sensors are reflecting off of something and hitting light sensor and it’s confusing the camera or what but the camera is unusable at night. It switches like every 3 seconds.If there is a way to fix the night/day switching then I can look past the other minor issues the camera has but in its current state, it’s unusable at night and we leave it unplugged all of the time; just use a mirror.

This product is great, especially for worried first time parents like us. It is much better than the mirror and we can see our baby clearly while driving. It was use to install and price is great. It is worth it the purchase!

If I could give this camera zero stars I would! Let’s start off by the night vision.. switches back and forth and then you can’t see anything!! Then the monitor freezes. Now four months later it has froze and now I can’t turn off the monitor to get it to work. 100% JUNK! Save your money and go with a different camera!

This camera is super easy to set up, with a mount for the headrest and a clear monitor for the dashboard. The video quality is sharp, even at night, and the wide view shows the baby perfectly.It’s much safer than mirrors since you can check the screen without turning your head. Some models could have longer cables or faster wireless, but overall, it’s a great product for peace of mind while driving.

Picture quality and set up were great. Only issue was that when it was dark it would constantly switch from night to day mode. Made it practically useless at night.
