Normally use NC type, Valve Open when energized, Recommend to use NO valve if Valve will open a long time, and shut down for a short time.

  • Exterior Cleaning Frequency: Clean every 3–6 months, the more frequent in dusty or corrosive environments. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth to prevent moisture-induced corrosion
  • If valve can not work , please try to check as belows:
  • 1. Please re-connect power supply wiring .
  • 2. Please confirm if power supply voltage is within the operating range.
  • 3. Please check whether the coil is desoldered or short circuit, Please replace the coil if defective.
  • 4. If Fluid temperature is too high, please replace the appropriate solenoid valve.
  • 5. Please check if any impurities makes valve spool stuck , or sealing damage should be replaced.
  • 6. Liquid viscosity is too large, too high frequency and life has end to make a replacement in time.

When I apply 110VAC to the valve you can hear the valve open and it passes the material as expected, but when you remove power (including removing wires) the valve does not fully close and it allows the material to continue to pass through. These are completely useless valves and of course I didn't get my two valves implemented into my system until after the return window so I can't get a refund.
