This kit came with 2 bushings, so now I have a spare that I have put in the glove box in case either of them break. Good value for the $$$$s.

While Amazon claims this will not fit a 2005 Ram 2500 Diesel... it will. Tools you will need for installation: Vice grip, WD40, clear glasses, and a few beers.Step 1. Apply liberal amounts of WD40 to the rubber grommet and the receiver hole at the end of the shift lever. Make sure you install the grommet in the proper direction.Step 2. Insert the adjustable connecting rod into the grommet once it is properly seated in the shift lever. Use the vice grip to accomplish this.Step 3. Enjoy a beer and test the function of your repair! This took me approximately 15 minutes to accomplish during Dec in MN. I hope this helps someone.

Just what I needed, though stupid manufacturer design to have a plastic part holding 4wd shifter stick to linkage. Easy install, make sure you put it in correct orientation, I used WD-40 on it, & popped in w fingers though a bit of strength needed. Pliers could have helped. A bit pricey for plastic piece. No C clip required, actually not enough room to install one, though a sleeve & clip would be ideal design.

Easy to install if you are lucky enough, as I was, to not lose the linkage when the old ones fail. Definitely a poor design by Dodge but an easy fix. Unless you it happens when you are deep in mud or snow when they fail.
