We love the chairs. Seller is very responsive. One came with a defect and the seller sent us a replacement one immediately. They are very sturdy. Very elegant and just the perfect fit for our dining area. The leather is really nice as well.

Such a smart purchase! Chairs are very sturdy and so easy to clean. This set of 3 occupies the counter space perfectly.

Chairs are comfortable, but the feet on one chair were not secured properly with rivets. The rivets are not seated and there is nothing you can do. Chair wobbles. Very disappointing. Consider myself fortunate that this happened with only one chair. I would not recommend. Customer should not have to absorb this cost. I consider this deceptive on the part of the manufacturer.Update: A full refund was offered. This speaks to the integrity of this seller. We understand that mistakes happen and it is unfortunate for purchaser and seller. Although a lot of pain was taken to provide all the parts in a user-friendly way which impressed us, the assembly line guy did not attach the foot rivets properly. QA needs to provide additional checks or a design adjustment could be made to use screws instead of rivets and let the customer attach the feet.We appreciate your sincere reply and we would buy from you again.
