Power cable gets extremely hot - too hot to touch, so I can't plug it in. Display doesn't read well. Alarm won't switch from PM. Many issues, terrible product. Has an option to use four AAA batteries but this think isn't worth the batteries to run it.

This clock is a mess! It does not set the date and day correctly. Also it will continue to go off in the night randomly when there are no batteries in it and it is moved in the off position! Very disappointed with this purchase!

My granddaughter is into basketball so she wanted an alarm clock for her birthday, and I was surprised that I found one that was shaped as a basketball. It keeps good time is pretty bright. It has so that it wakes her up and it was a good price. She was happy and I was happy with our reliable was getting her up every morning to go to school.

I set it up following all the instructions to a T. It was very easy. Perfect for my ocean themed therapy office.I found an extension cord so I can plug it in and not use batteries. I figure it's less expensive to buy than needing new batteries every week.

I added the required batteries but the clock didn't keep time. Also there is no setting where the alarm can be not active. I only wanted a clock, but the alarm would go off once a day (usually in the wee hours of the morning). Finally I removed the batteries and threw the clock in the trash.

Got this product finally took almost 2 months to arrive! The quality is not what I expected it looks like something you would get off wish. Was originally going to be a present for someone else but my son likes it so guess it’s a good thing it’s his now!

Put batteries in, screen lights up but that's it. tried to set time date but nothing happens. Have had 3 adults try with no success. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
