The sensor connector was different then the one on the Echo 2005. I had replace the connecot style on the car, but it work great

Sensor does not engage/close circuit when up to operating temp. I had to bypass the switch and run the fans all the time.

This fit perfectly on my IS300 and radiator fans work as expected. This is the fan switch sensor that goes next to the lower radiator hose on the radiator. Screwed it on with some loctite but it leaks a bit but nothing major. I will be applying some teflon tape on the thread and reinstalling it on my next coolant flush.

Screws into the radiator fine but the other side that plugs into the sensor cable is a tight fit. The notches do match up and it does go on there, you just have to push it down hard and it will click. I had a problem with my radiator fans running non-stop. Fans come on and off as they should now after installing this.
