Unless you want to spend astronomical amounts of money, this is the best you're gonna get as far as 303 clones go for under a grand. Which is excellent, because you can find these for under a TENTH of a grand! The look is incredible, the sequencer (love it or hate it, or love to hate it) is a direct copy, so you can get those wild slides and accents that are so hard to emulate with a sequencer that ISN'T made for robots with brain damage, and it has a bunch of extra functionality via the USB stuff that I have never bothered with, because I wanted it as a 303 clone.There are a lot of mods you can do it it to make it sound more "authentic," which I will likely be trying out, so I may update this review with those at some point. One thing to note is that the power supply on this is center negative, which is a bit odd. I bought a USB->9V barrel jack step-up wire thing so I could power this with a USB power bank and mess around with it on the go, and ended up having to flip the positive and negative cables around. Not a huge deal, more of an observation.Picture of me coming DANGEROUSLY close to touching grass included.
