Purchased this for a bike trailer which requires much softer suspension. Probably too soft to use as rear suspension, but the 300lb/in spec seems accurate to me.

Too soft for an adult, I am 120 pounds, it can’t rebound when I sit on the bike. Maybe that’s only for little kids under 50 pounds
