How did you come up with the idea for this product?
Morrison was just about 10 weeks old when we embarked on our first camping trip together in Grand Lake, Colorado. That night, he was wrapped in four or five layers of clothing that were bulky and uncomfortable, yet still failed to keep him warm. None of us managed to get much sleep that weekend, leaving us pondering, "Why isn’t there a sleeping bag that is both warm enough for camping and safe for growing babies?"
What makes your product special?
Our unique innovative, patent-pending design merges the safety and comfort of a sleep sack with the warmth and snugness of conventional sleeping bags. For added safety, there are no hoods or drawstrings, and the cozy, soft collar ensures that smaller infants won't slip inside. Recognizing how quickly babies grow, we crafted a product that accommodates up to 18 months of growth. Featuring adjustable open-and-close sleeves, the Little Mo 40 allows little ones to use their hands before drifting off to sleep while keeping them warm throughout the night.
What has been the best part of your experience?
Over the past six years in business, we’ve experienced some truly thrilling moments. Reaching our Kickstarter goal that launched the company was an incredible milestone. Receiving our first order from REI felt like a dream come true. Expanding our product offerings and reaching customers in various locations around the globe has been equally rewarding. The list of achievements so far has been endless!
However, the highlight is undoubtedly the heartwarming photos of joyful, happy kids sent to us by parents. Hearing how they've felt empowered to camp with their kids in colder weather is simply amazing. It’s wonderful to know that we’re helping families create lasting memories together.

My son is 30 lbs and this fits great with room to grow a little. He isn’t great at keeping blankets on at night so this works well for camping

Used this on my 2 year old’s first camping trip. She moves around a lot at night and I knew a regular sleeping bag wouldn’t work (and tbh was worried about her finding her way inside and suffocating). With this she slept like a dream and stayed cozy all night. So glad this exists.

Such a great buy! Not a thick material, so be careful not to let it snag on anything, but the lightweight feel is what makes it so great. I put my little 2 year old in regular cotton Jammie’s and this. He slept like a log and I didn’t worry one bit if he was warm enough. The peace of mind and your baby’s comfort is worth the price.

Great quality and well thought out. Good design. Our kid took a little time to adjust to it but in the end he slept better than he ever has on our previous camping trips.No more blankets to kick off!

We took our first camping trip with our 16 month old recently and this sleeping bag was amazing. Super warm, super comfortable and our kid slept so good and safe in it. We did size up to the larger size so it would last longer and felt it was still safely fitted to him just longer than needed at the moment. With light pajamas underneath it got to 48 degrees at night and he was toasty warm.Only complaint my kid had was he had a hard time turning over on his stomach with it on at such a young age. Not sleeping bags fault and we would have to wake and turn him before he started crying if he was moving a lot but better then screaming baby all night. Highly suggested.

This was a spurge item for us - but wow it keeps babe (toddler) toasty!!We’ve camped a lot and finding a tiny solution has been tricky! I wish we got this while the others were smaller (they fall out of their sleeping bags!)Previously she just slept between us in a double sleeping bag - but she’d wiggle out the top and get cold. We were planning a later fall camping trip and this worked well! She slept in wool base layers, the this bag and partially under our double bag. We felt relieved that if she wiggle around she’d still be warm (which is important because nights dropped into the 20s-30s!)Highly recommend and can’t wait to pass it on to another family when we’re done! It’s a game changer.
