The cover is made out of very heavy cordura type of material. It goes over two bicycles easily. The zippers and bungee cords seem a little weak but do work satisfactorily.Just completed a 2,000 mile trip with bikes and the cover worked perfectly requiring no adjustments.

A bit tight on two ebikes, facing in opposite directions. Completely sealed in entire rack and bikes, last pic is of bottom. Doing 500 mi trip tomorrow, I will update if anything negative happens. For now 5 full stars. Only one taillight is visible, will look into attaching portable trailer light kit with tag holder.

I wish this bike cover would have worked for us. We were planning a trip from Wisconsin to Arizona and wanted to cover two bikes. We followed the instructions including adding extra bungee cords since it was going to be a long trip. Every time we stopped for gas we checked the cover and every time, the straps were loose and we had to tighten them. The cover was really whipping around in the wind. After only four hours one of the seams had ripped and one of the straps had broken off. We decided to remove the cover and when we did, a bunch of the interior "rubber backing" fell out (see picture of rubber on the driveway). Needless to say, we were disappointed and are returning it.As an aside, please be sure that your tail lights can be seen. Ours could not. Our son was following us so it wasn't a big deal, but even with a small truck, the cover completely covered the tail lights.
