I was afraid this model was going to be too stiff, so I bought the next softer model. After a year not liking the droop while towing, decided to step up to these. I am recommending that you just buy these, #36281831, if unsure. 2016 4Runner, Bilstein 5100 lift. Towed 7000lb trailer with ease.

On my 06 Toyota 4Runner the 18 year old airbags have seen better days, these coils worked great with the matching 5100 shocks

Like the springs provide the lift and stiffness I needed. Will need new shocks the factory ones will top out. 2016 4 runner

Solved the squat, improved ride quality with 5100 shocks paired. Gave a 05 Limited 4runner about a 4" lift unloaded in the rear looks great paired with an OEM FJ cruiser front coilovers "1.5 inch lift". These provide the needed rake and capacity for towing anything near half the maximum these v8 4runners are rated for. @400lbs tounge weight made it perfectly level to the front.Rides great unloaded as well. I was expecting a hard ride but was presently surprised by these.
