A very nice and tight weave. I like it and am utilizing it to strap down some panniers on my bicycle. As well as to make cargo ties for my molle backpack. Attaching things such as tarps, stoves, etc... when I go on a trudge. Nylon is better in general, but one doesn't want one's equipment fallout off or out because the rain loosened it up. As far as I can tell, that wont happen with this. Only down side I can see is with the strength, and for my needs that doesn't matter at all.

Strong. Can be used for so many things. I used it on my boat cover.

Great product for finishing edges of sewing projects. I use this product as edging with heavier projects like backpacks and heavy bags.

The picture is totally different from the product mailed to me. I was in dire need of Black Poly Webbing for a personal project, so I ordered this because the price was so-so. I'm not going to lie, shipping was fast and that was the only best part about i experience with this order. I opened the package expecting WEBBING, but in confusion received black RIBBON. At least change the name and picture of the product so no one makes the same mistake as I unfortunately did. I didn't bother with returning it as it would have been a waste of time. What kills me right now just thinking of it is that I payed $12 with shipping for this, when I could've just went down to the local hobby shop and purchased it for $3.
