VERY low quality. Basically copy paper with perforations.For this price level, it should have been much heavier paper.Also the instructions on the back are so small, you need a magnifying glass to read them.

The label on the packaging reads "2019" which gave me pause as I need to get out 2020 W-4s, but the contents of the package are, in fact, 2020. You have to squint, or use your phone's camera as a modern magnifying glass to confirm. Seller should update the labels on packaging to read 2020.

These worked perfectly with my QuickBooks Desktop for Mac software, using Intuit's enhanced Payroll. As a small business owner, I don't like the added work of doing payroll. So, I subscribed to Intuit's Payroll Services years a go. (Really a GREAT service). Intuit W-2 kit for 10 employees was going to cost more than I wanted to pay. These worked great.

Quickbooks keeps changing up their W2 format so we had to purchase new blank w2 forms, AGAIN. These are great and so much cheaper than buying them directly from intuit.
