nice sturdy light but NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE. I searched the internet for an instruction manual and mounting instructions but nothing. I realize it is solar but it also said it took batteries of which I cannot find how to open it up. Also, i can't find any mounting brackets for it to use it on the barricades as it doesn't attach to them. I finally found off the internet how to set it for flashing or constant light but nothing else.
