These tap shoes are fantastic! They fit super comfortably. For reference, I am a size 6.5-7 in women’s street shoes, and I ordered a size 8 in these shoes and they fit perfectly. They did not take long to break in. They make beautiful rap sounds. Good quality shoes for the price.

It's a better sound than any other tap shoe, it's even put my Jason Samuel Smith's on edge. Beautiful black and white showman look, no rubber sheild and sole is make of metal! I saw them on sale and I nabbed them!

For my daughter’s 18th birthday she really wanted black and white tap shoes. She owns 6 pairs of taps. After doing much research we decided on these. Her go-to pair is Bloch Respect. So we ordered the same size, as they are Bloch as well. She wears a size 8. We returned the size 8 before we could take pictures, but they ended up being nearly a full size too small. So we ordered a 9. Nope. Too big. So 8.5. This was still a bit too small, but she’s hoping that the leather will stretch soon. They’re right, but not too tight for her to try and make work.In summary… the sizing is odd compared to her other taps. Be prepared to try a half step up or down.

I have a large and difficult size to find in a tap shoe - so I was super happy to find these 11.5 for women. They are fun to wear and fit really well - the toes space isn't overly wide; nor the shoe - for some reason many shoe designers think that a long foot is also a WIDE foot - NOT true. I've gotten some good use out of these already and can't necessarily speak to sturdiness - I'm hoping they will last. The workmanship is good - and what's really fun is the shiny metal (?) covering the entire bottom of the shoe...pretty sweet. Good sturdy tap too. These are a winner....Recommend

I usually wear an 8.5 women’s and took others advice to size up one whole size, so I did. It fits perfectly! The leather is sturdy but has give to soften. The sound is crisp and they look great! Get a pair! You won’t regret it!

This is my daughter’s 2nd pair. The first lasted her about 5 years. She loves them.

Love the red accessory and the silver sole. Size runs small so do size up by half a size at least, especially if you have wide feet.

These shoes are very narrow, and I have narrow feet. They are poorly put together and are for stomp not tap. They are best on a portable stage where the space between the floor and stage is 4 inches plus, for acoustics.

Purchased by my wife, an avid tap dancer, who absolutely loves them and she has become the envy of her tap group. They fit her perfectly and they are strictly of the highest professional quality. The entire sole and heel of these shoes are metallic, thus the shoes are quite rigid and the taps are very strong and loud. These tap shoes are not for beginners as they can be quite slippery on certain dance floor surfaces. However they are quite beautiful, very well made, and highly effective on the feet of experienced tap dancers. My wife just loves them, and her group is considering making them the required standard for everyone to wear.

I love the look feel and sound of this shoe. The seams are very thin and placed perfectly to avoid any uncomfortable rubbing. The leather is soft and supple right out of the box. The sound is very good too. I especially like the weight of the shoe. I own two pairs of Jason Samuel Smith shoes and was looking for a quality shoe that is a little more light weight and didn't break the bank. I think I found everything I was looking for in this shoe. I am an 8 in a street shoe but went up a half size and went with the 8.5 med. The width of the shoe fits my foot like a Glove. I would consider myself a true medium width and this shoe is holding firmly onto my foot width wise, however, I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend buying this shoe. It is definitely worth the money. You won't be sorry!
