It works, but the is a voice (English with poor Asian accent) that tells you it came on and when it connects to Bluetooth.I would give it a 1 star but it does work, so...

Here's what I did to use one of these BT module boards: I plugged my headphones into the audio jack and used a small USB power bank for power. I then connected to the module with BT on my phone and played some music. Voila, I now had wireless headphones. This is a great product for your DIYer to use some imagination and develop some BT nifty solutions. It's pretty straight forward to use the module. You can also use direct battery power if you choose. I think they mentioned you need to get polarity correct or you can damage the board, but that's with any electronic project. I can't wait to get some time and experiment/play further with these BT modules.

These are great! I hooked one up using a micro USB cable and plugged in my headphones. I connected to XFW-BT using my phone and tried a couple tracks. Sound quality is excellent! I'm very impressed. Couldn't be easier to set these up.These can also be powered using a battery using the + and - inputs for supply. Also has L/G/R to connect a speaker instead of using the 3.5mm out. Lots of options here -- I'm personally going to be installing to an old car radio which should be a breeze. In fact, all of my speakers are going to be bluetooth now.

I thought this product was really neat. It allows you to connect a device through Bluetooth (like your phone) and drive a set of headphones with it.It's super easy to set up. Plug in a micro USB power supply and a set of wired headphones. The rest you already know how to do. Just connect to it from your source device and start listening. It's been a while since I found something so intriguing, and yet I can't seem to think of a good application for it. I know it situation will present itself at the right time, but for now, I just hang onto these for a while.

My only complaint about this was the micro USB port was VERY snug. I thought I might break it off trying to insert the cable.Otherwise, this worked flawlessly, right out of the package. Connected easily, and was streaming audio in moments.
