Thickness of these is about 1/32.......thickness on the specs is a 1/16......not what I was expecting.

I bought these to use with my laser engraver and they worked out great! Quality was good and the price is great for what you get. I like the variety in sizes too!**I ordered these a 2nd time and unfortunately they were definitely not the same quality as the first time, the holes at the top were much smaller, and they were not the same as the 1st one I had ordered. I would not buy again ..

These are very nice little pendants--very shiny, nice and thick... they feel like heavy, good quality pieces. The heaviness and shininess of the tags makes them a bit difficult to stamp with, though. They wanted to shift and slide on my stamping block, and I had to hold the metal stamps very carefully and hit them harder than I'm used to so that the stamp would leave an impression without bouncing and blurring the image. (Unfortunately, no pictures right now because I dropped the piece that I managed to stamp on...and the floor elves seem to have whisked it away. I can't find it anywhere!) I do like the variety of sizes, and there are enough of each (about 20 per size--I counted and I had 21 of the largest size, 19 of the middle size, and 20 of each of the others) to have one or two for practice to get used to the process with these. The tiniest size is big enough for a single stamped impression. Maybe a logo stamp or an initial... or I was thinking I might spell out a special word on a charm bracelet with one of the tiny tags for each letter, spaced with cute beads in between. I just have to figure out which word to use.

These polished stainless steel tags worked well.No issues with the hole tearing because it was too close to the edge. The tags took hand lettered stamping well. Since they are stainless steel the finish should remain bright and clear despite exposure to the elements. One consideration is that it is possible for the steel tags to "spark" when struck (as opposed to brass), so these tags should not be used in areas with flammable vapors.Ideal for hobbyists, property managers, and anyone needing durable tags.
