So far I love this shelf! It does need attached to the wall for safety. But I wanted to show that actually was made for BOOKS!! I can also put some knickknacks on it. It’s made well enough despite the cardboard backing, which is typical in these pieces. If you’re looking for a real bookshelf, give it a try. Great value in that regard. There’s lots of room!

I bought two of these (in black) and put them together to form a library wall and I love how it turned out. The one I wanted was over 3k and this was a tenth of the money for a similar look. It took a couple of hours to put each one together and I followed the instructions closely. The only part I needed a second person for was lifting the top onto the bottom half. They're pretty tall and wide. I'd have liked the depth to be about 2-3 inches more (these are just over 11" deep), but this works fine for what I needed.

My daughter is using this for her books. The only issue is that we weren't able to connect the top half completely to the bottom half of the bookshelf, so there's a small gap between the two.

Strong shelves that do not warp. I was worried about shipping damage due to the weight of the cases, but this companies packaging was excellent! No damage to the 3 sets of bookcases. Love how they look in my library.

Very beautiful unit. Well made. Instructions are very clear… super easy up to step 22... only a few more steps after 22. I assembled it completely by myself. I only needed my husband to help me lift the top piece up and put it on top of the bottom part. Super easy and very elegant unit.

Surprisingly high quality for the price. Lots of variability though if you buy two and put them next to each other. They will be way off.

Sturdy bookcases. Great value for the price. Arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. Very pleased with the quality and would recommend them to anyone. They are not fancy, very simple structure, but perfect for my purposes.
