This was an amazing kit. Nice instructional video, quality glue and components, looks nice, and was fairly quick. Only thing I would recommend purchasing in addition to this is high octane isopropyl alcohol to clean up the speakers.

This is the only review I've ever left on any site because I honestly don't care most of the time. Thoroughly impressed with this product. This format of DIY repairing with detailed video instructions can and should be the future of tech repair. Big tech companies need to pay attention to these products because DIY by ordering kits and watching videos is such an enjoyable experience for the consumer when done properly and one of the only ways to actually leave the customer satisfied when a repair is required. I encourage folks to look into Right To Repair legislation that is making progress in the US.

I was surprised at how easy it was to do the repair. The instructions were very clear and walked you through every step. I was concerned about the cone alignment, however, just as the instructions noted it was easy to get the feel of the correct positioning and the provided glue allowed for ample time to make adjustments before setting. My 1970s Bose 501 speakers sound just like they did when I bought them.
