I wear an 8.5 shoe but ordered size small (shoe size of 6-8). It was perfect for me (I have very narrow feet)

Pros:1) The sleeve is not uncomfortable2) It breathes well3) The ankle sad has a nice little padding.Cons:1) I bought this mainly plantar fasciitis relief. However, I felt that it wasn't tight enough around the sole of the foot to actually provide relief. This is basically the reason why I give it 3 stars. It didn't actually provide any support that I felt was any different to wearing socks.

I recently tried out the BraceAbility Ankle Compression Socks Support Sleeve, hoping for some relief from plantar fasciitis pain. The product description promised targeted compression and support, which sounded ideal for my needs. When I received them, the material felt disappointingly thin and cheap, almost like basic spandex. They did fit, as advertised, but the compression was minimal, barely noticeable. Honestly, I felt like they weren't providing any real support or pain relief.I can see how, maybe, these might be suitable for someone with very sensitive skin or an elderly person who needs extremely gentle compression. But for anyone looking for actual, noticeable compression to aid with recovery or pain management, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. The material just didn’t deliver the level of support I expected, and it felt like it wouldn't hold up over time. It's a shame because the concept is good, but the execution falls short. If you need serious compression, I'd definitely recommend avoiding these.
