- Two M3X2 Screws and One Pinion Gear Included
Replacing Pinion Gear Procedure
- Heat Pinion Gear to 150-180 degrees celsius: Using Heat gun to heat pinion gears about 20-30 seconds
- Loosen the screws and removal gear: Using 1.5 mm Hex Screwdriver to loose M3X2 screws; if it’s not able to remove the pinion gear, it is recommended to use needle nose pliers to help
- Replace new gears and locking Screws: Applying some thread locker fluid on M3X2 screws, then lock it tightly in the shaft notches to make sure the pinion gear will not slide up and down.

I bought this to replace a d pinion gear on a Warhead Industries brushless motor. While this isn't a d pinion, the included screws fit into the slot location and can be tightened to fit as needed with little to no play.
