Got it on my 2022 f250 king ranch tremor. Originally I thought It was going to be too low. I got The 7inch drop and I’m glad I did. I ended Up ordering both 4.5/5” and the 7” 4.5/5 was too high. 7 is perfect for the tremor I also Bought a silencer from b&w as well as their hitch lock. Even if they cut the receiver lock the silencer is held in place by a threaded Ellen bolt very very tight you cannot hear it rattle or get that hitch off even if you cut the hitch lock. Unless you have Ellen key also.
