I got these so my drinks wouldn’t tip over in the cup holder since my cup holders are so big. Even with the reducer they still tip over all the time, my drink gets stuck in it when I try to lift it up and the whole reducer comes out of the cup holder with my drink. They just seem to be more of a hassle than helpful.

It's a pain in the neck to insert the cup as you have to spread the pincers apart. It's a two-handed job. Other than that, it holds the cup fairly securely. I don't know how well the plastic will hold up after repeated flexings and in the cold weather, but for now and for the price, it's good enough.

This works well in the cup holders for the back seat if my Tundra. My kids have Stanley type cups and any turn they tilt and spill. We did get spillage tops that helped but they just need to stop moving. This plastic piece works very well. The only con is that it holds onto the cup when the cup is taken out of the holder and then you have to take the piece off and put it back in the cup holder. But worth it that the cup no longer tilts or falls.

My new Zero Turn Mower came with a huge cup holder that was too big for even a normal water bottle. This insert was perfect as it fits the big cupholder but allies me to use it for a smaller water bottle. Excellent item.
