This is one of very few good versions of the Rose studies for clarinet. Most are cheap, but awful. This is more expensive than most, however very worth it. The print and material quality are top notch. The spiral cool binding is long lasting snd easy to manage. This book makes the Rose studies more enjoyable to learn.... and practicing the Rose etudes is a staple for many serious players.

The paper is nice and sturdy, not cheaply put together. The size (including font size) is nice; very clear and easy to read. Something I will use for a long time. Great resource!

This book is a wonderful collection of etudes for clarinet. It includes all of C. Rose's very musical compositions in one collection of 118 (!) etudes that cover the complete range of the instrument, are demanding, and also beautifully musical. The printing is excellent, quite clear, and printed on heavy paper. This is a much better produced edition than the one I picked up years and years ago — the old one included only the first 26 etudes. This complete collection is titled "The Complete Clarinet: C. Rose Revisited", edited by Ben Andrew Garcia and published by The Complete Works, Fort Worth & Amsterdam.(Perhaps I should add that I'm not a clarinetist. I bought this collection in order to increase my range and skill on the trumpet.)

Everyone knows you can find free downloads of the Rose studies but the quality of the printing was not to my liking so I purchased this book. It is beautifully executed and easy to read. It was an excellent purchase; worth the price!

This book is one of the most beautiful books I own, I especially like the protective plastic in the front and back. And I could tell that the music in the book will help me grow as a clarinetist. The only thing I'm disappointed of is how in the back of the book it says you could find their musical recording at their website but you only see like 15 out of 118 recordings.
