Nice clear sound on a snare drum for live use. Recording it tends to have a bit more cymbal bleed. Like all of the rim clamp type microphones, you have to really torque it down to keep it from popping loose while playing.

It's okay, I bought it for floor toms, not very impressed with the sound on floor or regular toms. It actually sounds better on snare, but I already have mics better for snare. Nady dm-70 sounds better on toms, look to that if you're on a budget.

This mic responds very well. It isolates the drum and sounds very clean. The mic is sturdy and since it is compact, will fit in tight areas around your kit. This mic is great if you are in a local band that plays in small and medium sized venues. The mic is untested in the studio. Overall nice mic for its purpose.

Great, heavy duty mic and cable. Attachments are prefect. Quick connectfFittling from the cable is snug. I fitted it in the hole of my cajon and it picks up the finer treble and bass sounds perfectly. Highly recommended. I use it almost every day. MM

It worked great. I bought the 7 pack at a store and found out individual mics were not sold by the manufacturer. :) I found this online and was happy because without them i would have left one of my toms without a mic
