This order arrived missing the bearings. Instead there is a gear that isn't part of the kit. I don't want to return the entire set, I just need the bearings. In Amazon, for this order, there is not a "Problem with Order" link, as there is for other Sellers. So I looked Caltric up online and called them. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone at Caltric who could barely speak English who kept wanting me to verify information, instead of helping me get the part that was not included in the order. If this is your customer service, it is HORRIBLE! I am indescribably upset that your customer service is so poor. Please contact me to resolve this.
