I was burning up pinion and sector gears like crazy. Tractor had super heavy steering. Turns out, that the grease fittings in the spindles were plugged. Once I took apart the spindles and greased them manually, the thing turns like a dream. Hopefully I won't need another set of these for a long time.

The D125 sector gear does connect to a control arm for both front wheels, and has additional teeth where this gear has a connection point for a right-wheel control arm. Tried installing it anyway, and it severely reduced the left-turn radius of the mower.

Factory replacement. When ordering make sure you get the right one for your mower. Mine was a 125. They make them for the L125 and the LA125. This one fit perfectly.
