Love it. Good size since it’s a bit larger than most cooler backpacks. Very comfortable too. Great for taking to baseball games.

This cooler is huge! Keeps things cold- haven’t tested in hot environment over a long period of time, but kept drinks cold in the car for a 7 hour drive.

It’s very heavy when stuff is in it. Water pack is hard to put back in. And the ice last about the same as a cheap one

I am a chemo patient and thought I had done a lot of research to find a cooler that I could place cold pops in and keep them frozen for a couple hours during chemotherapy.I was in between treatments so thought I would try the cooler to keep some bottled water cold while running errands to test it.I placed 8 bottles of water in the cooler, a little water and then loose ice over that and shook it down so that it was in between and around all the bottles up to the tops of them. Then I placed ice in baggies and covered all the top with the baggied ice. This was supossedly overkill to keep water cold but wanted to more simulate how I would do the ice pops for chemo. To my surprise, after about 2-3 hrs, I opened it and everything was melted. I followed all the instructions for closing the cooler so it had nothing to do with that. Perhaps the cooler is not supposed to be used in hot weather as I live in Florida and it was on my back seat floorboard the 2-3 hrs while I ran errands. mind you it's only spring here and the high that day was 82 degrees however I am sure the car was warmer than that but not extreme. Perhaps it's only meant to be used up north with temps under 60 degrees?Anyway, the return window is now closed. Financially it was a stretch for me but thought it would serve my purpose and make chemo a little more pleasant but I am extremely disappointed and can't afford to buy anything else. So I am stuck with something that can't even be used to keep drinks cold for more than an hour which I can pretty much do with a baggie full of ice.Extremely disappointed as It is useless to me me and an expensive mistake!
