Decided to get the cheapest option I saw before I knew anything about being a mechanic. Installed the crank position sensor into my Nissan Pathfinder, and almost immediately made the failing OEM sensor symptoms 20X worse. The bucking and jerking of the engine was so severe that I stopped on the side of the Blue Ridge Parkway and used my floor jack to remove the wheel and reinstall the failing factory sensor I had just replaced that morning. I will never trust any timing sensors that are not OEM replacements, or from a reputable parts store with a warranty included. I am lucky to have escaped catastrophic engine damage due to bringing tools and a jack with me just in case of an episode like that. A few more dollars spent on a quality sensor are well worth the money saved if you have to replace an engine due to cheap Chinese parts like this wreaking havoc. Do not buy these sensors under any circumstances

We purchased these for our Nissan, we replaced the two on the motor and the one snapped into place easily! The other went on but did not click! We drove the truck twice the motor died. It restarted the first time, but second time we were stranded and had to call a tow truck to be hauled in! We went and purchased that sensor at Auto part store and it snapped in and no problems since!

Cam sensor failed in less than 1K miles. Too cheap, not durable. Something a used car lot would install.

Worked fantastic! My 2005 Nissan Pathfinder engine would just die and the OBD said it was passenger cam sensor and I’m so glad I bought this and changed them all because I’m convinced it was the crank sensor and the ECM was not seeing past the passenger sensor failing. I now trust my truck on the highway again! THX!!
