This is not a freshly rebuilt motor as advertised. It is a used motor that has previously been installed on a vehicle. The hardware is used and damaged. The mounting screws are stripped and the connector grommet is crushed and torn. The motor and hardware were loose in the box with no internal packaging. It is completely unusable. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be returning for credit. It’s a shame that garbage like this gets shipped out. I ordered this part to do a job on Saturday that will now have to be rescheduled.

The quality reminds me of a mid 90s remanufactured part from mexico. It's not oem spec, as some of the parts have been obviously modified during the rebuild process.I bought this to replace another amazon part I bought, that would only work when manually switching the wiper on and off. Between the two, the other part was better quality, but, the connector locking tab was slightly defectively molded from the factory, and the connector was not seated. Turns out it was just fine, but the connector would not seat and lock with confidence.This unit, has a nice connector, but the quality of the rebuild is low. The re-used surfaces were obviously just wiped down, and sprayed over. You can see where the original paint flaked off, and was just painted over.However, functionally, it does the job. I won't know how happy I am with it, until a few years pass, and we see if it still works. Initially however, it fits, it ships.Bottom line, getting what you pay for, but if it lasts, its a great value.

Motor is a perfect fit, and works like a top.This unit had a new cast aluminum cover that did not have the 3 mounting holes tapped. Easy fix, but not everyone has a dye/tap set.Slightly disappointed in Cardone, but I'll be back for more Cardone parts in the future.

This motor does NOT fit a ford edge.NOT EVEN CLOSE.Mounting is wrong. Electrical plug is wrong. The motor in general is too big to fit in the space where it needs to go.Do not buy this for a ford edge.

Received it almost the next day! Direct fit, probably 20 minutes to install complete. Works perfect, of course NOW I'm still waiting for it to rain! LOL!

Works as intended. Part came with the screw holes needing to be chased / re-tapped. The plastic locking tabs on the unit were also broken off, so when you connect the wiring it is not locked. Hopefully it doesn't work it's way loose down the road.

Replaced the wiper motor in my 2004 Lincoln Town Car with this motor and it worked like a charm. Have not used it much because we have not gotten any rain yet since I installed it. It came with an instruction sheet that I did not need but it was nice to see one included. The order or the box contents did not say anything about the core being sent back--maybe I'll tear it apart.
