Used this on my roof rack on a 10 hour drive through Arizona. Lost a few hooks. The rings are way better, they don't fly off. The net works good. 4 stars because I did lose a couple of rings on my drive. It should all be rings.

Luce muy resistente, la cantidad de ganchos es suficiente para amarrar a la canastilla, de todas formas incluye ganchos adicionales y ganchos corredizos por si se desean utilizar cuerdas. Le ajusta excelente a la canastilla, ya la probé en carretera y es excelente. Viene con una bolsita de viaje para guardarla cuando no se esté utilizando.

I can’t speak to the longevity of it but it seems to be very well made and the hooks snapped on perfectly to the roof basket. I have no fear of my gear coming free. I will update the review in the future if anything changes.

It looked like exactly what we wanted. It appeared great, but as we were packing up we realized that the hooks don’t fit on our standard roof rack! They have too small an opening so we had to leave without using it. Any chance the company has any suggestions????!

Purchased this for our Super duty tyger roof rack. Perfect size for 68”x41” rack loaded with gear. The attached hooks snapped onto the 1.5” tubes on our rack perfectly. I think they would snap onto a 1” tube securely as well. Comes with extra hooks in case one breaks but the quality of the plastic is very high quality so I doubt they will be needed. I didn’t even use a tie down/ratchet strap. The cargo net was perfect. Came with a storage bag as well. Quality made product. Highly recommend this cargo net to go with the tyger super duty rack.

I have had three or four other cargo nets, and this one is by far the best one. Whoever tries to hold one or two hundred pounds with a net is foolish. Nets are designed to hold items from rolling or sliding on a surface, not in midair! The good points are how heavy it is, the hooks are easily adjustable, and there are plenty of hooks. The only problem I had was the hooks were curved too far in and made it hard to hook into my Polaris Ranger bed. The solution is a heat gun. It took no time to straighten them slightly. If you do this, do it on low, and don't stop and hold the heat directly on the hook, slowly move it back and forth in the area you want to straighten while holding pressure on the tip of the hook with a lever. I used a wonder bar and held the hook in a vise. Worked great and it fits like a glove.

I purchased this bungee cord net to reinforce the straps on a Keeper waterproof rooftop cargo bag. While I wouldn't depend solely on this bungee net to support a rooftop load; something I would expect no net of this kind to do, I think it's OK for what it is. I did get mine from the Amazon Warehouse and it was repackaged. I noted no build quality issues other than one point where the bungee ends tie together needed to be tightened. (Something that would happen naturally when it was stretched anyway.)While the product info does indicate it can withstand up to 200 pounds of weight pushing against it, I'd venture to say that a 100 pound load is a smarter choice, particularly if using it as the only retention device on a vehicle's rooftop.Ideally the plastic hooks would have a flap instead of an open hook, but if there's enough tension on them and they are placed correctly on a rooftop basket or railing of a vehicle, they should still hold just fine. I would trust this cargo net to contain tightly packed or heavier items, but unless it is fully stretched, some smaller items may be able to work themselves out of it.Overall, for rooftop use with a waterproof carrier or in a rooftop basket, net is a good option - even better if used in conjunction with other straps.UPDATE: 5/16/17I used this on a rear cargo basket - over an Amigo waterproof bag. It fit perfectly on the cargo carrier and stayed secured throughout a 300 mile trip, giving me added peace of mind and security.
