These are a tad too big I wish they fit a bit more snug. Just have to be careful when picking the pans up. But they work fine. I still need an oven mit at times but they help.

Too hot to handle. Too cold to hold...you call the...um...sorry!Do you have cast iron to cook with? Do you have carbon steel to cook with? How about aluminum pots where the handle could brand your hand? If you have any of these and don't have handle protection, you should get some. I've had several brands of these handle covers...and these perform just as good as the brand named ones. Good find!

These are just what I needed. I have a couple of really heavy duty commercial skillets as well as my caste iron ones and I'm always looking for whatever dishtowel or potholder is closest that I can use to cover the handle when I need to move it. These are just prefect, I can put them on when I start an no scrambling to find something or worse, accidentally grabbing it without thinking.They are a decent weight silicon and are ribbed inside to grip the handle. They have a decent stretch so you can use them on different size handles and they fit tightly. I tried on several different sizes and worked well on all, from my thinner flat ones to my thicker more bulb like ones. I like the honeycomb pattern embossed on the outside, makes me feel like I have a little more grip to it when I'm holding it.
