I bought two of these because it stated they were for 2007 Chevrolet but when I took them to a mechanic they did not fit and didn’t look like the ones that needed to be replaced. I had bought both but was only able to return one because of the return time limit. I bought one and then bought the other side weeks later.

This was by far the best price I found and had good delivery as well. Once you have the door panel off and figure how to remove the existing lock assy, you should be in good shape. I suggest you take photos of how the bars fit onto the current lock before removing it. I got two bars reversed at first even though I realized I was forcing them. Things fit fine after I disconnected and then properly reconnected the bars. The plastic clips look fragile, but I didn't have any break on me.

I had to replace one of these on my driver door a while ago so it was a pleasant surprise to see this on Amazon, these are relatively easy to change out and I recommend them if you have a older truck like a 2000 Silverado that is still a great pickup but will need a few little things every now and then. This part seemed very solid and well made for an aftermarket part.
