Geflochtene relativ weiche Lederzügel. Sehen sehr schön aus und sind griffig. Leider mir etwas zu schmal. Ein halber Zentimeter breiter wäre perfekt. Aber das ist Geschmackssache und natürlich abhängig von der Größe der Hände.

Gute Qualität, ist weich, ich würde sie vorher einmal einfetten. Es ist echtes Leder, färbt beim erstmaligen Gebrauch etwas ab.

I ended up tying knots at intervals and used some colored paint on the knots so the little kiddos could measure out their reins. These are very thin reins, I wouldn't want to use them as an adult with my horse (or for my adult or teen students) but they are perfect for the little kiddos, and once I tied the knots in them they were a great length for our 12H Haflinger pony.

These are not typical leather reins. They are 3 thin pieces of leather braided together. Leather is extremely cheap and came to me tearing. They are NOT worth 30 dollars. I could make these by myself in 10 minutes for 10 dollars.

It’s pretty amazing to find 1/2” braided/plaited leather English reins for $30. They’re not the greatest quality, but compared to what you would pay for nicer ones, this is an absolute steal.Keep in mind that most English reins are laced, but not braided/plaited, and 3/4”-1”, so they’re stiffer and wider.I much prefer these, but I ride saddle seat and therefore use two reins.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened these reins. It made me so happy to see that they are a little bit thinner than most other ones. I don't like the look of bulky reins and these are skinny without paying a high price. They were a bit stiff, but I oiled them good and they turned out just fine. I would definitely buy them again.

Quality is good, the leather is soft to the touch. The brown color is a nice, dark brown. However, the reins are a little more narrow than I prefer. They almost feel round in my hand (lady small/medium glove size). I prefer a flatter rein, and if you do to, you may want try something different. They looked a little different in person, than they did in the photo.

I love these reins. They are very pretty and well made. Slightly thinner than I expected so that is taking a little to get used to as they feel smaller in the hand. Decidedly not the usual English rein width but perfectly fine once you get used to it. They are very well made and very pretty.

These reins fit in my hands well and have a texture that doesn't slip. Very slender reins so will work well for smaller hands. Good quality. Just what I wanted.
