The T-30 can be installed on the back of a WFCO 8900 Series Power center or, like the t-57, can be easily mounted to any flat surface. The compact design allows for placement in areas with limited space. Both transfer switches are engineered for safe and reliable performance.

good ATS. It defaults on the shore power contacts so nothing has to pull in to do anything. which adds redundancy. It also uses a low voltage relay/contactor it appears like, you don't hear any buzzing noises...Bonus it slipped right in behind my trailers power panel like it's integrated!

This WFCO transfer switch mounted directly onto the back of my WFCO panel where it was already prepped to be mounted. It mounts there like it grew there. My RV did not come with a transfer switch but I needed one to flip over to an inverter. There is somewhat misleading information out there for boondockers about some transfer switches being specialized to switch to inverter power while not back feeding the charge converter creating a parasitic battery loop. This switch can be wired to do that. It's all in the way the system is wired and not necessarily an added "feature". The feature is they provide instructions on how to wire it in this manner. Save your money on an extra piece of paper. This switch will do that you just have to look up how to wire it that way which is to put the converter on it's own separate breaker from shore power and not use the existing converter panel breaker in which the whole panel including the existing converter breaker gets fed power from the inverter when the transfer switch kicks in.

Works perfect for RV SHORE / inverter auto switch

Works as expected so far, it takes about 45 seconds to switch to "generator" mode (solar on my RV). It is bulky on my opinion; it has all the cables already marked and installed for you

This transfer switch was easy to wire and fits conveniently on the back of my RV power distribution center. Works as expected, has a 5 to 10 sec pause between transferring from shore power to my inverter. Another reason i bought this one was it was designed by WFCO to work with there power distribution center.

When mounted to a WF-8900 series power center, the distribution panel leads are half as long as required to reach the power center and exits the unit at the furthest point away from the panel. This requires either replacing the internal leads with longer leads or splicing a pigtail. Does not come with strain reliefs. The unit itself caused damage to its own box during transit.

I liked the price. All this stuff is from China anyway such that it's a crapshoot if the one you install is better than the one that failed which is also a Chinese import. I laud the uniformity. The only departure was the grommets but they're interchangeable/replaceable. The ad picture tells the story. If it doesn't match exactly look elsewhere. Mind the box, however. Cut sheet metal can be dangerous especially when repacking the wires. Wear gloves and keep the bandaids handy. Cheers!

Works great and was easy to install. Had some dents from shipping. Nothing that couldn't be straightened out.

When I turn my inverter on it automatically switches to solar power. When I turn the inverter off (or it shuts down due to low battery or whatever) it switches back to grid power. It has worked flawlessly for over a year. However it is NOT an uninterruptable power supply. It takes a fraction of a second to switch and this will cause electronics to reset and the lights will flicker when it shifts. It has shifted my power (average load about 350 watts) almost every day for a year with no problems. Highly recommended.

This switch is made to switch between shore power and the onboard generator seamlessly and safely. I used it to switch between shore power and a 2000 watt inverter, and it works seamlessly. As the inverter comes online and up to power the unit rolls over to that source without ever having both sources connected at once. This is important, since shore power can ruin an inverter.
