For the most part, this can actually shred your meat. It does require a lot of work and get half or a little bit more than half of the meat shredded. I did not enjoy the inconsistency and the struggle of getting between just mushed me or two large sizes of meat. So if you are looking for an organized and clean, cut shredder, this may not be it. However, for the pricing it is capable of getting some of the shredded.

This little shredder is perfect. You cant mess up the assembly as it's only the handles clicking into place on the lid. It comes with tongs with rubber covers and a brush. Shreds effortlessly. Great specialty addition to my kitchen.
