I loved the antique color of this and appreciated that the bar finish actually matched the finials. The last two rods I ordered had nice finials but the bars looked cheap and the finish didn't match. Unfortunately one of the finials was scratched and not finished properly to match the other.

My product did not have any end caps to keep the rod from slipping from its support holders. I did not open it for several months from the time that I purchased it because I needed to have assistance to install the supports and the rod to hang my curtain. So, unfortunately, I cannot return it. My son inserted some plastic wrap into the rod's connecting pieces, so that is working well.

Beautiful rod, service was horrible. Ordered 2, got one of two, five weeks after I ordered, couldn't get any updates on the 2nd rod, system said there was inventory, was requested to order a 3rd, to trick the system and get my 2nd rod, that failed! After 2 months of troubleshooting, I returned my first rod shipment. Disappointing.

I wanted a black rod that wouldn't appear bulky or too thin and flimsy. I also wanted one that didn't have cheap looking, thin plastic finials. This rod is just the right size; it looks elegant without being too busy. It is a great choice to go with our black iron daybed and would look great with any decor that calls for black accents, from a bedroom to a living room or den. I'm happy to have found this product!

These curtain rods scratch extremely easily. So if you are using curtains with metal grommets I would not recommend. For curtains without metal grommets I think they would work very well, just know that they scratch easily.

This curtain rod came well packaged, with everything you will need to assemble and install it. It was easy to hang, took about 5 minutes.

Everything was easy to install, and the product itself is decently sturdy for being so light. (Noticed this from other reviews) Now I hope this last part helps anybody having trouble, the plastic grommet that goes where the two poles slide into each other (as seen in pic) was wedged into one end of the pipe likely from shipping and vibration. It needs to be pulled out or you won’t have a smooth transition when possibly opening or closing your curtains.
