This decoration was a great price in comparison to the other Christmas carousels. It lights up and makes a lovely fairground ride tune with a volume control on the side. It can go quite loud. My baby loves watching it .

a cute carrousel with nice details. The horses are going up and down. But the mechanism makes a lot of noise.There are light when it is turning, but this music is of poor quality, you can’t have just the lights on without music of without the carrousel turning only with light. Maybe I would have kept it the carrousel could be in movement and enlightened without this music. I returned immediately. It is a very beautiful carrousel but the music should be optional and there should be and option to have the carrousel turning with the light, this would give a great ambiance. The rattle sound , I think you could forget it after a while.

No AC adaptor provided. Lemax recommends that buyer to purchase their adaptor for $25. Found a 4.5 volt one that works for $10. It's a cute little carousel, but a bit big for my HO train layout. It's also noisy. Used some lightweight silicone grease on moving parts, which quieted some of the squeaking noise. Overpriced for what it is. Buyer beware.

This is a very nice, small carousel. I love that the horses go up and down but am disappointed thatthere is NO Christmas music. It plays a generic carousel tune over and over. It would be perfect if it had Christmas music.
