We added this to our Christmas village and it turned out really great. You can customize it and make it your own. Build is good. Looks great and it’s simple. It doesn’t have a lot of extra things added to it.

This little village is complete. It has a base that looks like it pieces together, but it’s already assembled. There are 3 cute houses with lights. There are 3 different sized bottle brush trees, small villagers, a street lamp, and little, white picket fences. All of this has a holly-covered (artificial) handle that can lift the display, but it also looks like a holly arch. The details are pretty intricate on the wood pieces. The windows are cut out, and there are shingle lines on the rooftops, cutouts for details on the villagers.The entire village is lightweight, fully contained. The display can be placed anywhere because it doesn’t need any power outlets.The only negative that I want to add is the battery compartment. There is a little tab, and I could not get it open. I was prying, pushing up, down, and in, and I used a letter opener trying to get the tab to move. I almost broke nails trying to get it open. I decided to try unscrewing the one screw that was there, and that did it. I had thought the screw was just holding the compartment to the wood base. Nope. It hopes the lid of the battery compartment. Good thing I didn’t break the tab. It takes two AA batteries to work, and those are not included.Other than that the village display is cute as can be.

While this Christmas decor is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures in the listing, it was very difficult to get the lid off of the battery holder to be able to make the lights work. I believe this is due to the white battery box being put in incorrectly so that the lid could not easily come off as it is supposed to. If this was not a problem, this would be a 5-star item.

It's very well made. I thought it would be heavier but it is quite light. The lights make it look very nice and it's a great addition to my holiday decor.

This Christmas decoration is nicely made with many little details. It lights up and would look festive on its own or with a Christmas village. Definitely a holiday keepsake. Excellent value.

I needed more rustic Christmas decorations for this Christmas. This display of houses light up with batteries. It has cute little trees around the houses! It is a small display but will fit in with any of the decorations we already have. It especially looks pretty in the dark!

This is absolutely precious. The house is light up and it looks so adorable. A great addition to your holiday decor if you want to incorporate some type of village scenery, but don't want to go out and buy all of the expensive villages they sell. It's lightweight so it can sit anywhere and it's battery operated - NO CORDS. You can tuck this into practically any space. Would look cute on your desk at the office or in a dorm room. This would also be the perfect piece for anyone in an assisted-living or a nursing home because it does not have any wires, does not need to be plugged in anywhere, and the LED's do not get hot. Just be sure you have 2 AA batteries, as they are not included. I hope you found this review helpful.
